Baja Thanksgiving Trip

We spent all day Saturday AND Sunday packing up the Westy to head down to Baja Mexico for our annual Thanksgiving Trip. It was another STELLAR time, even though it was the coldest it's ever been. Some years it's hot... some VERY HOT.. and some times it's just darn chilly. It was mostly overcast all day and night with some breaks in the clouds to let the hot sun warm us up.

This was our first stop (El Rosari
o). We fill the vehicles up with gas and our tummies with some yummy authentic Mexican food.

Next we stop in Catavina for more gasolina and a pee break.

Obviously, these guys aren't great
mechanics. Check out their truck!

One good thing, the Federales are young, very nice, and professional.

Shayna was such a trooper the ENTIRE trip!

Awesome - I'm so glad you guys had a fun time. I don't know why I get freaked out about heading in to Mexico. We've been several times ... but I'm a little nervous to go with all the kids. Maybe one day...
